Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced compliance and conduct analyst to join leading city centre law firm.
Tasks (including but not limited to):
- Ensuring staff are trained on all aspects of governance, risk and compliance and keeping abreast of new legislation and regulations;
- Assisting team managers with training and development plans;
- Contributing to client relationship management;
- Dealing with complaints;
- Ensuring that quality and conduct requirements are met;
- Representing the recoveries department in compliance meetings;
- Helping to identify system and process improvements;
- Contribute to the continued development of the case management system;
- Ensuring all sensitive data is handled in accordance with current policies and procedures;
- Assist the firm in achieving its security objectives; and more.
Ideal candidate:
- Ideally 2 years' experience in a compliance/ risk role;
- Ideally experience in dealing with conduct/ compliance of law firms;
- Capable of hands on problem solving;
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks;
- Exceptional research, organisational and time management skills.
Full time, permanent.
Salary up to £30,000 dependant on experience.
