An opportunity has arisen for a French Speaking Lawyer to join the legal team of a technology organisation for a three-month contract, based in north London.
About the role
The French Speaking Lawyer will be responsible for providing support to the organisation's GC on a wide range of commercial contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Reviewing software contracts
- Reviewing new product agreements
- Dealing with amendment requests from clients on terms of business
- NDSs
- Providing legal advice to the organisation's sales teams
- Working on cross-border contracts with a variety of Pan-European countries
Key requirements
- Qualified lawyer
- Fluent in French
- Experience in reviewing commercial contracts
