Family Solicitor

BCL are currently working with one of the largest and most respected firms in South Worcestershire who are seeking a Family Solicitor with a broad experience of family matters to join their expanding family department.

The role:

* To provide clients with efficient and effective legal advice and assistance in a variety of family matters
* The caseload will be a mixture of private law family matters including finances, divorce and some children work
* You will be expected to attend Court and represent clients
* There will be lots of opportunity to get out and network to develop business

Candidate Requirements:

* You will have at least 3 years PQE (less experienced candidates should still apply)
* Family panel membership would be an advantage but not essential
* Be able to show that you are able to hit the ground running with a caseload
* Advocacy skills are advantageous
* Be responsible for the supervision of support staff within the team and assist the firm in business development by regular networking and other marketing activities

Ideally this is a full time position, however, part time would be considered for the right applicant. Salary is negotiable dependant upon experience.
