Employment Lawyer required to join a friendly team within a large, forward-thinking Local Authority based in Cambridgeshire for an initial 3 month period.

The successful Employment Lawyer will be dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, which will include;

  • Discrimination claims and unfair dismissal
  • Disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Settlement agreements
  • TUPE
  • Data protection issues
  • Some tribunal matters, including complex work
