Public Law Solicitor – an exciting role has arisen for a solicitor to work in the public law and governance team of this well-known national firm. The successful candidate will be working with clients in the healthcare sector with specific reference to governance issues relating to areas such as human right, data protection, freedom of information and the Equality Act. Judicial Review plays a major part in this field of law and candidates with such experience are certainly encouraged to apply, though those with transferable skills are also welcome.
