Progressive practice requires a Private Client Solicitor to take on a varied caseload.

Our client is a boutique practice, traditionally established with a modern approach and maintaining their standing as a quality law firm providing personalised service to commercial and individual clients across the North West and nationwide. Having achieved the coveted Lexcel accreditation they are proud to have been the retained firm for generations of clients. They are now seeking a client-focused Private Client Solicitor.
The Role
A new opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor has now arisen for our client’s busy department in the Wigan area. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who have attained 1-3 years’ PQE working within a reputable Private Client department. Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will be a team player, handling your workload under minimum supervision. Your caseload may include: will drafting; elderly client matters; Lasting Powers of Attorneys; trusts; estate management; advising on the structure of wills; Court of Protection and; probate matters.
The successful Candidate will have a working knowledge of the relevant software. The firm is open to candidates who are keen on achieving or working towards STEP qualification. You will also be willing to participate in business development and marketing initiatives for the progress of the firm. The Candidate
Ideally, qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE handling Private Client matters.
Handle your caseload under minimum supervision.
Be available temporary, full or part-time work.

Demonstrate excellent client care and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Work well on own initiative.
