Commercial Litigation / IP Litigation Solicitor (3-8 PQE)

Highly-rated TMT boutique seeks a mid-level Litigation Solicitor, with 3-8 PQE, to take on a varied caseload of Commercial & IP Litigation matters.

Our client advises a range of sports clubs, professional athletes, and associated entities on the full range of regulatory, commercial and litigation matters, and also handles defamation, media and harassment work for high profile individuals involved in sport, television, fashion and other industries in the public spotlight.

While our client is well-known for its IP work, the firm acts on a wide range of complex commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, partnership matters, professional negligence, shareholder actions and insolvency matters.

Owing to the nature of the firm’s clients, the successful candidate will be tasked with managing high-level matters, often on behalf of prestigious clients. Applicants will, therefore, need to demonstrate first-class legal, technical and soft skills.

We are looking to speak to City trained, mid-level litigators, who have experience of running their own caseload and of supervising small teams of junior fee earners.

The successful candidate will have gained experience of a broad range of commercial litigation, and will ideally have gained prior exposure to contentious IP and Sports law.
