This amazingly successful US law firm - who are flying at the moment in terms of their work in FUNDS are urgently seeking a top class PARALEGAL to join their busy Funds team and work on high end deals within the banking sector.
Reporting directly to the fee earners within every aspect of FUNDS/BANKING work - you will be involved in all paralegal tasks from proofreading, bibling, due diligence as well as front end transactional work.
Candidates should have at least two years' City experience within funds/corporate/banking in a known City law firm (preferably a US law firm) and be LPC qualified.
