Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking a Structured Finance Lawyer, to join their office in Italy. The team have a wealth of expertise in experience in structured finance, non performing loans and Debt Capital Markets. The partners you will be working alongside have been recognised on legal 500s ‘leading individuals’ list and are internationally known for their expertise in their field.
The team are seeking a lawyer with 0-4 PQE. You will have experience in; structured finance and in debt capital markets transactions, CMBS, RMBS, CBO, securitisation of leasing, and / or non performing loans. You will be advising leading Italian and International clients , banks, financial institutions etc.
