A top 100, award-winning, national legal practice based in Birmingham, are seeking a motivated employment solicitor to complement their employment team. The firm is agile, progressive and approachable making it an attractive place to work.

The Employment solicitor is needed to help provide high quality legal services to clients on all aspects of employment work, both contentious and non-contentious, with a particular focus on the firms university and college clients. You will be exposed to a strong, local, national and multinational corporate client base which will offer up a high quality, complex caseload of employment matters.

To be successful the Employment Solicitor will:

• Qualified solicitor with 1 year PQE upwards (guideline)
• Competent dealing with a varied employment caseloads of both contentious and non-contentious matter - experience in advising universities and colleges is desirable although not essential
• Keen interest in business development, with a proven background of success in this area
