A leading Legal 100 firm is seeking a commercial solicitor to join it's national team who advise on all aspects of non-contentious commercial matter.
You will be a commercial solicitor with around 5 years experience that should include commercial contracts, commercial agreement, intellectual property and IT matters. You will be based in the firms Watford office but will benefit from the firms London, Bristol and Birmingham offices coverage as well. The team act for clients technology, IT and pharmaceutical sectors and experience in the latter is preferred albeit it is not essential. The firm can offer a competitive salary along with a full benefits package and senior candidates can expect good career prospects.
