Leading financial services organisation is seeking a commercial contracts lawyer to focus on vendor/supply contracts.
The focus of the position is to ensure that the organisation's vendor and supplier contracts meet agreed standards and that best practice procedures are being implemented across the EMEA region.
You will have excellent experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ideally from a top law firm and/or in-house. You will have the confidence to work both autonomously and share best practice among a geographically-spread team and be comfortable working with a matrix-structured large international organisation.
