Our Legal 500 rated client is seeking a Housing/plot sales paralegal to join their Winchester office.
This is a wide and varied role, the team deals with sales, purchases, right to buys, lease extensions, deeds of variation and transfers of equity. As a member of this 12 strong team your responsibilities will include,
- Opening and closing files
- Drafting letters/documents
- Replying to enquiries
- Updating and issuing reports
The successful candidate will have completed their LPC and looking to build their legal career in a well-established firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high reputable firm with excellent training and prospects.
