My client is a prominent and well-recognised law firm with an excellent reputation in the South West and are looking to add a Residential Solicitor/ Executive to their expanding team in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

Due to continued growth and ongoing successes, my client is looking for somebody who has been qualified for less than five years and who wishes to build on their existing experience by working in our professional and proficient conveyancing team.

The ideal candidate will ideally have at least 1-4 years PQE from a leading high street, regional or specialist conveyancing practice and have significant residential property experience. Please note that Fee Earners/experienced Paralegals will also be considered.

The current team handle a wide range of conveyancing issues and report directly to one of the region's leading Managing Partners. A good working knowledge of both freehold and leasehold residential transactions is essential, with the ability to manage a busy caseload running transactions from initial instructions to completion.

It is an exciting time to be part of the expanding Residential Property Team and they now have openings for a Residential Conveyancer to join the Lexcel, CQS accredited and award-winning team. Applications are being accepted from Residential Conveyancers i. Solicitors, full or part qualified Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with upwards of 5 Yrs. PQE.
