Global Resourcer

SSQ is an award-winning leading international legal search and recruitment consultancy with offices in London and 13 locations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. As part of our expansion, we are now looking to grow our global search team which forms part of our Private Practice group in London. This team sources new candidates from multiple jurisdictions such as Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada and the United States for the leading UK and US law firms in London, the UAE and Asia. As a Resourcer, you will be researching and mapping the market, expanding the SSQ network and headhunting lawyers who may be seeking a move internationally.

You will participate in an intensive headhunting training programme in order to gain an understanding of the industry, hone your pitching skills and build your network and reputation in the market with professionalism and integrity.

You will be a graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a leading university or an Honours degree from a top tier university in one of the major Common Law jurisdictions. Lawyers seeking a career change and a move into legal recruitment are also encouraged to apply. You will demonstrate a sales-orientated approach, the drive and determination to succeed as well as a confident, articulate and professional demeanour. A genuine interest in the dynamic international legal market is essential to the success of this role.
