Commercial Property Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is an established law firm serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a property lawyer to join the highly successful and expanding real estate team working
across a wide range of industries including high profile developers, retailers, hotel and leisure groups.

You will be dealing with a mix of purchase and sales of investment property, such as development and property finance.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this position you will be a pro-active 2-4PQE property lawyer with excellent academics (2:1 or above) and a proven track record from a top national or regional law firm which has a leading property practice.

You will have sound experience of property law and have a good understanding of dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters including drafting leases and preparing deeds of variation and licences

With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have a flexible and adaptable attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly with an entrepreneurial client base.
