Urgent requirement for Senior Solicitor with a solid background in Conveyancing to undertake a fixed term contract in-house in Berkshire.

The Role
We are now actively seeking a Senior Solicitor with a strong conveyancing background, to undertake a 3-6 months fixed term contract in-house in the Bracknell area. Available for an immediate start, the successful Solicitor will hit the ground running, managing a varied workload of conveyancing and company commercial matters with a bias towards property. Duties may include: reviewing conveyancing queries; advising on GDPR requirements; reviewing and amending contracts and; advising on aspects of property finance. Our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates with previous management experience, however this not a pre-requisite for the position. If you are available up to six months, have solid conveyancing experience and are seeking an in-house role with responsibility from the outset, this position is not to be missed.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with strong conveyancing experience and ideally contracts and GDPR knowledge;
Candidates will be available for an initial period of three to six months to commence ASAP;
Previous management experience is highly advantageous but not essential;
Demonstrates outstanding communication and client care skills;
Is technically proficient and commercially aware;
Highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Has their own workload and is able to work with minimal supervision.
