Childcare Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority, working within the Childcare team supported by excellent paralegals.

The Childcare Lawyer role is located in South Yorkshire, offering good transport links.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will undertake their own caseload, with duties including but not limited to;

• Handling a caseload of up to 15 childcare cases
• Conducting advocacy at both contested and non-contested hearings
• Attending and advising at meetings, as required

The ideal Childcare Lawyer will be available initially for 3 months, with the potential to be extended. This position would ideally be full-time, however part time would be considered along with the possibility of some home working.
