Commercial Property Lawyer

Commercial Property Lawyer required to join local authority on an initial 3 month contract based in Northamptonshire.

As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be dealing with a range of complex property transactions outside IR35, which may include;

• Disposals
• Leasehold property
• Restructuring issues

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and accommodating team, who can offer 1 day home working and a competitive hourly rate.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in public sector, however those from a private practise background will be strongly considered.
