The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Mandarin speaking Property Paralegal for a busy team located in London. Utilising your ability to deliver both written and spoken advice in Mandarin and English, the successful Paralegal will have a hands-on approach, working closely with other members of the department to ensure the continued delivery of high quality residential and commercial property services. Duties will include: using Searchflow to submit searches; reviewing and preparing reports on title; drafting contracts and deeds; preparing and submitting SDLT returns; Land Registry registrations and; some general office administration duties. The Candidate
You shall be a Paralegal with solid experience in both residential and commercial property;
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin will be essential;
Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills;
Strives for high standards in their work at all times;
Highly organised, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy;
Works well as part of a team but is equally comfortable working on their own initiative.
