CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE PARALEGAL - MANCHESTER

Clinical Negligence Paralegal – A clinical negligence paralegal with ideally around 6 months or more of clinical negligence experience is needed to help support the respected claimant Clinical Negligence team of this leading practice. The role offers the chance for a junior paralegal to start building their own caseload, but to also assist more experienced fee earners on litigated matters including high value work. University and law school graduates will also be considered provided their grades are exceptional.

PROGRESSION AND DEVELOPMENT

This role is ideal for any clinical negligence paralegal looking to develop their career within a highly regarded clinical negligence department which often handles complex claims involving serious life-long medical implications. In particular, the team advises on critical injuries at birth, resulting in conditions such as cerebral palsy as well as other claims arising from late diagnosis or misdiagnosis or negligent treatment.

The clinical negligence department often secures much-needed compensation for patients and their families. Moreover, as the pressure put on the benefits system continues to increase, obtaining compensation through legal action becomes increasingly important. To that end, the team provides a valuable service to those who have suffered through negligence.
