Commercial Property Partner Top 100 Firm - Reading

My client, a progressive Legal 100 ranked law firm with offices across the country, are seeking a Commercial Property Partner to join their well regarded team based in their Reading office.

You will have the opportunity to take a leading role, working on an impressive variety of Commercial property/ Real Estate Transnational matters within this Tier 1 team of industry specialists. The team are particularly renowned for their handling of landlord and tenant issues on a range of sector transnational matters, involving pension funds; advising landowners and landed estates in strategic land and options agreements; and negotiating options and promotion agreements for potential land development.

You will direct the departments progress by identifying new growth opportunities and business developing, as well as building of the knowledge and expertise of more junior legal professionals. You will be: participating in Partner meetings; identifying and attending events; contributing to marketing; tenders and firm press releases; presenting seminars; developing successful short and long term strategies.
