A unique opportunity to join a growing organisation in West Yorkshire. The role will work alongside the IT Director and be responsible for providing an efficient and fit for purpose Service Desk team. The role will also be the escalation point for 2nd and 3rd Line queries, whilst working closely with the business, to create a best in class service.
