A highly-regarded Legal 500 firm based in Chelmsford are keen to recruit a Family & Child Care Law Solicitor into their skilled team.
The successful candidate will be a Family & Child Care Law Solicitor (1+ year’s PQE) who has a genuine passion for their expertise, having dealt with a range of publicly funded matters, including divorce, child contact arrangements, domestic abuse, child support, guardianship and care proceedings. The ability to undergo one’s own advocacy is also essential, whilst being a Child Panel member would be advantageous.
Due to the often complex and sensitive issues that arise from relationship breakdowns and social service investigations, the successful candidate will be highly personable, with a client focused attitude.
The firm are always looking to expand their already strong client base, so an interest and/or experience is business development and marketing is important.
