ROLE: Housing Solicitor
LOCATION: Kilburn
SALARY:£30,000 - £50,000
EMPLOYMENT: Permanent
HOURS: Full time (9:00 - 5:30)
LEVEL OF EXP: 3 PQE +

Our client is a commercially astute law firm with a strong focus on immagration, serving a wide range of private and public individuals.
Our client require a strong housing solicitor who is looking for a challenge to build and establish their own department. The ideal candidate will have good experience of the Legal Aid portal. The cadndiate must also have experience in dealing with cases funded by way of alternative funding agreements such as conditional fee agreements.
This role will involve dealing with and supervising a broad range of Social Housing, Property, and Landlord and Tenant disputes. This will include possession proceedings, unlawful evictions, homelessness matters, property disputes, debt matters and disrepair matters.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience in dealing with publicly funded as well as private Housing matters.
