The Role

This firm are looking for a Construction Solicitor 3-7 years PQE to join a successful team in their Bristol, Somerset office.

The Construction team at this firm consists of 2 partners and 3 fee earners based in Bristol but covering all of their main offices.

They have a wide range of expertise in both non-contentious (construction procurement) and contentious construction (dispute resolution) and the spectrum in between.

Excellent client service is the root of their success and working closely with the firm's commercial property, planning, corporate and property litigation teams they are able to offer a full and seamless service for clients with construction needs.

They are recognised in the Legal 500 directory for construction procurement advice in the development of student accommodation, retail, healthcare, leisure schemes and for acting for utilities companies and corporate occupiers.

The team has a strong work ethic and optimistic outlook, and actively looks to develop the business at all levels to continue its strong organic growth. Individuals are given trust and autonomy to make an impact and the support and encouragement to progress.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be an experienced Construction Solicitor with 3-7 years PQE
• Good analytical and research skills; thinks laterally in relation to solving legal problems; Understands information and processes without the need for supervision;
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• This role comes with very good prospects for progression
