They are looking for a highly experienced legal professional with a solid remortgage and conveyancing background to drive the department forward.

You will have overall technical responsibility for the remortgage and conveyancing teams (with any technical queries/questions) and the key aim of this role is to progress the department and firm into a more 'digitally focused' way of working.

Change management experience is essential for this role, in order to enable the firm to keep in line with their competitors, with fresh ideas and processes being presented.
