Our client, a leading international telecommunication company, with an award winning legal team is looking for a commercial lawyer.
This is a challenging and exciting broad commercial role to advise the company on legal issues impacting the UK part of the business. Particularly sales, franchising, distribution agreements, general IT and technology supply agreements and digital services agreements. They are looking for a very bright candidate who has gained excellent training and is a very driven lawyer, someone who can also advise the Sales Directorate and Digital Directorate.
Strong commercial contract experience is necessary, ideally with a TMT sales focus along with some experience in data protection law and joint ventures.
They would prefer someone with basic knowledge of Telco regulation and competition law and ideally someone with a genuine personal interest in how services (old and new) can deliver great customer experience.
This is a great flexible role, with 1 day based in their Berkshire Headquarters with flexibility to work 2 or 3 days from home and possibly 1 day from their London office.
