Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - St Albans

Position in a legal 500 ranked firm with many industry leading lawyers. Despite their size, they have a real family feel to the firm, staff feel like they are part of a team rather than an individual fee earner and everyone is working towards a common goal. A real attraction to many lawyers joining the firm from other City of West End practices is the work life balance and level of flexibility the firm can offer - far from the industry standard.

The firm takes an entrepreneurial and commercial approach with their lawyers setting the tone from City/West End or leading regional backgrounds.

The members of the team are specialists in dealing with the full remit of corporate and commercial matters and they currently act for a host of longstanding clients. Due to the firm further increasing its market share, the team is looking to appoint a Corporate Commercial Solicitor from between 2+ years' PQE.

You will provide advice on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, deal with mergers and acquisitions and advise upon structures, restructures and re-organisations whilst also working very closely with lawyers focusing on a clients' wider commercial needs.
