The Role
An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a Legal 500 team in London. The successful Solicitor will have a strong academic record with a minimum of a 2:1 at degree level, and also have 2+ years PQE gained in Construction law. Demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for this area of law, duties of the role may include: advising on construction contracts; extensions of time; insurance issues; amending and drafting contracts; development agreements; warranties and; some contentious matters. The ideal candidate will show confidence in providing straightforward solutions to complex matters with their comprehensive knowledge of a range of Construction matters.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE gained in Non-Contentious Construction matters at a reputable firm;
Some experience of Contentious matters is advantageous;
Proven strong, consistent academic record gaining a minimum of a 2:1 at degree level;
Excellent client care and communication skills across all levels;
Working proactively independently as well as being a key member of the team;
Able to prioritise a workload whilst retaining a keen eye for detail.
