Experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary
This leading Legal 500 Wiltshire based firm is currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its growing Conveyancing department located in Chippenham.
The role will involve supporting fee earners with a caseload of conveyancing files. You will assist with progressing cases from inception to completion, taking instructions on commercial and residential conveyancing files. Responsibilities will include general administrative duties, telephone enquiries, daily correspondence, audio typing, file management, liaising with clients and other external parties.
The successful candidate will have residential conveyancing experience, strong typing and admin skills with a knowledge of legal databases. Experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential. Organisational and time management skills will be essential to this role, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
