EAST CHESHIRE
A reputable full service law firm in Cheshire are currently seeking a Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Licensed Conveyancer to join their established property team.
You will have a minimum of 4 years PQE accustomed to dealing with your own varied caseload of residential property matters. You'll be dealing with an interesting mix of freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership and help to buy.
As well as running your own caseload you'll be assisting the Head of Property with the development of the department. Any supervisory experience would be an advantage however not essential.
