Our client, a heavyweight City law firm is urgently seeking an interim head of real estate to split their time between the London and Belfast offices ideally for 6 months.
The firm is seeking an individual to head up the firms' large real estate function in Belfast as a senior stakeholder, and the role will be strategic in working between London and Belfast and managing the relationship with the Real Estate partners in London, as well at the Belfast team.
This role is ideally based 5 days a week in Belfast, however the firm is open to it being partly London based, and will require spending a minimum of of 3 days per week in Belfast.
The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 10+ PQE, qualified in England and Wales with commercial real estate experience gained at a City law firm. Experience of managing a team would be a distinct advantage.
This is a fantastic opportunity, and the role will pay a London salary.
