Great opportunity to work at a expanding commercial law firm with offices in Manchester & London. The office is based in South Manchester (near Princess Parkway) and have local parking available. This firm are able to cover costs of commuting from the city centre to their offices.
You will need to have gained 1 years' experience within conveyancing and have the ability to run your own caseload. You will be expected to deal with residential sales and purchases, shared ownership / staircasing agreements, right to buy, new build, buy to lets and auction properties.
There is admin support in place as well as Paralegal support so you will be able to focus on just fee earning and not get bogged down with admin tasks.
There is the opportunity to work on a locum basis however candidates seeking a permanent role, either part-time OR full-time will be considered. Ideally you will be able to start immediately or have a short notice due to the influx of work this department has recently received. Salary is negotiable due to urgency of this role!!
