Personal Injury Litigation Executive

Our client, a defendant law firm, are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Executive to join their industry-leading department in Manchester to get involved with Occupational Disease and EL/PL work.

As a Personal Injury Litigation Executive, you will be getting involved with a variety of duties to include running your own caseload of EL/PL and Occupational Disease files of both a Fast and Multi Track nature - so you will be dealing with high quality work! You will be valuing the claims and instructing experts as well as taking down witness statements.

The ideal candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate previous experience in handling both EL/PL and Occupational Disease files, preferably both fast and multi track. You should have good written and communication skills and be able to manage your time effectively and efficiently. You must be able to commute to the Manchester office on a daily basis.
