Contentious Probate Senior Associate

One of the Midland's leading law firms has an excellent opportunity for a Contentious Probate Lawyer to join their Contentious Probate team. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Associate or Associate with at least 8 years PQE and some experience of direct management of line reports.

The key focus of this role will be to grow and develop the firm's Contentious Probate offering. This will be achieved through providing a high level of client care, developing and carrying out a business development strategy as well as engaging with and motivating team members to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets.
