In house commercial contracts paralegal

International, Leeds based business seeking contracts manager to join established team working on diverse and large scale projects.

My client is an international business, with and extensive history and pedigree, and operations spanning the globe.

They are now looking to hire a contracts manager to join their well established team, to review and negotiate commercial contracts, and provide pro-active assistance to the operational part of business. You'll undertake contract reviews in accordance with their governance policy, provide ad-hoc advice to project managers, and liaise with business teams across the firm resolve contractual queries.

The sort of documents on which you will advise includes, contracts, confidentiality agreements, tender documents, collateral warranties, framework agreements and purchase orders. You'll also promoting risk management throughout the business, liaise with PII brokers to respond to queries, and increase awareness and maintain compliance with risk management.

We are looking for an individual who possesses at least a year's experience of working with various construction contract types and/or a legal qualification. You'll also need good communication skills, and be self-motivated, pro-active and resilient.
