An opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Lawyer to join this renowned, award winning and highly regarded automotive business to support the legal team. This is an exciting time to be part of one of the most innovative and respected businesses within the industry.
This is an exciting and diverse role encompassing a wide variety of work. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including supplier, design and development, collaboration and intellectual property agreements.
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Qualified Solicitor (UK), 2 – 6 PQE*
- Automotive industry experience (desired)
- Background in company commercial and/or intellectual property law (essential)
- Proficient in drafting, reviewing and negotiating on commercial contracts i.e. technology agreements, supply agreements, IP agreements (essential)
- In-House OR Private practice experience will be considered – must have a strong worth ethic and quality interpersonal skills
