Corporate PSL

Are you a Corporate lawyer looking to move into a professional support role in a leading global law firm?

A Corporate PSL is sought to work alongside an established PSL team and play a key role in one of the UK's leading corporate practices.

THE ROLE

Offering a good work/life balance, this role will involve providing know-how, education and training as well as significant marketing and business development support. Working with the other Corporate PSLs, you will play an important role in facilitating the work of the corporate team. The role will include preparing and updating precedents, answering legal enquiries, preparing and delivering training and supporting partners and associates as required in their client relationship development. This role is available on either a 4 or 5 days a week basis.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have up to date technical and practical knowledge of company law and corporate transactions, gained in a leading law firm. You will have experience of working with senior management in an international organisation and will have strong communication skills.
