My client is seeking a Paralegal to join the commercial / residential property department at their Hartlepool office. The role would potentially lead to a training contract for the right person. The Team cover a whole range of property services including sales, purchase, freehold, leasehold and new build

As a Property Paralegal you will:

• Drafting of contracts and documents
• Liaise with clients, agents and third parties over the telephone
• Deal with all aspects of sale files
• Deal with specific aspects of purchase files with technical support assistance

The Candidate:

The ideal Property Paralegal will have experience in commercial drafting and residential property as a necessity; some litigation experience would be advantageous. You will you have excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face-to-face and be committed to client care. As a Property Paralegal you will have strong IT skills in Microsoft packages and Case Management Systems as well as a high attention to detail and the ability to get things done within tight deadlines.

You will have the ability to work in a demanding environment and possess excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
