Corporate Commercial Solicitor.
An award winning Corporate and Commercial team based in Huddersfield are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their well-established firm.
The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be experienced to circa 3+ years’ and will have experience of managing a broad range of corporate commercial matters for a varied SME and OMB client base to include European, Asian and American clients. Applications from all levels will be considered.
Joining a specialist team, the successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will join a specialist team who cover an array of cases to include: Sellling/buying/restructuring, business structures, all general commercial documentation and issues, IT, IP, video games sector and more.
Duties will include the drafting of commercial agreements, terms and transactional corporate work and lots of face to face to client work.
