This is an outstanding opportunity to join a modern progressive business services firm who have a refreshing approach to law.

This firm are currently going from strength to strength and are now looking to expand in their corporate/commercial division by recruiting an additional corporate solicitor with 1+ years PQE.

This team handle an impressive range of both corporate and commercial work which will include mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring, LLP work, joint ventures, management buyouts and buyins along with a small amount of commercial contracts and IP and IT work.

The quality and the value of the work is exceptional as is the client base.

This role would be ideal for someone who is possibly working for a London law firm or a large regional law firm, but wants more flexibility and the ability to work from home and do flexible hours.
