One of the most successful US Law firms is looking to recruit an extra paralegal in their Capital Markets department to assist with the Selling Restrictions Review – the firm is after a candidate who has secured a Training Contract and ideally looking for work over the summer, this role will be to work through the entirety of both July and August. Experience isn’t essential however applicants need to have their LPC, secured a Training Contract and have had work placements/vacation schemes so experienced has been gained from at least being in a law firm. Applicants who have any previous knowledge/experience of Capital Markets would be beneficial however not essential. This firm is housed in stunning City offices with standard hours of 9:30 – 17:30.
