Planning Lawyer required to join a well regarded local authority based in London to start on an initial 12 month basis, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
As a Planning Lawyer, some of your caseload will include:
- Section 106 work (complex major schemes)
- Attending planning committees (once every two months)
- Legal advice work
- Highways agreements
- Enforcement
This is an amazing opportunity to join a supportive team who are offering a competitive hourly rate. This local authority is situated at a location with easily accessible public transport links and a large range of shopping stores and eateries nearby.
The successful candidate will ideally have local government experience, however those from a private sector experience will be strongly considered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the team as a Planning Lawyer on a longer term contract. The position is initially for 12 months but will likely be extended for another 12 months thereafter.
