SEN Education Lawyer
SEN Education Lawyer required for an initial 6 month period to join a local authority based in Kent.
The successful candidate will be handling a caseload of education matters, which will include;
- SENDIST
- Disability discrimination
- School exclusions & admission appeals
The ideal candidate will have experience of handling education matters in a local authority however private practice candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience of conducting advocacy in SEN tribunals is also required.
The offices are well located, being close to motorway and public transport links and only a short walk away from shops and restaurants.
