Banking Solicitor for leading law firm in Dublin.

Client Details

We have an opportunity for a banking lawyer to join a leading Law Firm in Dublin. You will be working with the client's broad client base of Irish and international financial institutions. The successful candidate will be energetic,
ambitious and keen to learn and will actively contribute to the growth of this rapidly expanding practice
area.



Description

The group works on a wide range of financing transactional work and is considered to be one of the
leading practices in this area in the Irish market and the work will include:


 Management buy-out financing
 Property financing
 Debt capital markets transactions
 Syndicated loans
 Loan portfolio sales

Profile

The successful candidate will be energetic, ambitious and keen to learn and will actively contribute to the growth of this rapidly expanding practice area.

You are a qualified solicitor with experience in banking work, ideally 2-4 PQE but the client will consider more or less experienced candidates also.

  • Excellent academic track record
    Proactive and self-starting individual
  • Team player (you will typically be working in teams not only with other members of
    the group but with lawyers in other parts of the firm)
    Good commercial awareness
  • Excellent client facing skills
