The role

The firm is currently seeking a new Commercial Property and Secured Lending Solicitor into the firms flourishing West End office.

You will work alongside a highly experienced Partner; this will be a hands-on role where you will deal with your own caseload, as well as assisting the Partner, you will get good client exposure and the opportunity to get involved in business development and networking events. The caseload will be a mixture of Commercial Property, Secured lending, and occasional HNW Residential property.

You will get a level of exposure far beyond that of most firms, working directly with two exceptional Partners, you will get the skills to not only become a great technical lawyer, but also a commercially minded lawyer who can develop new business.

The firm has considerable expertise in leisure-related property issues, particularly in the restaurant sector. Their experience includes acting for landlords and tenants in large-scale developments, both retail and mixed use. You will deal with Development, Landlord & Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals and Commercial Leases.

Requirements

• You will have between NQ - 4 years PQE
• Ideally, you will have good Commercial Property experience, although if you are strong on one side or the other, I would still urge you to apply.
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You should have an excellent technical knowledge with an eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate, and negotiable depending on your level of experience, you will also receive a lucrative bonus structure.
