The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate M&A Lawyer for their City of London office.

The corporate department offers the firms clients access to a full range of corporate and commercial legal services. The team advises on private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, IPOs, re-organisations, share buy backs and corporate governance.

You will deal with a variety of different matters across a wide range of industry sectors. However your main focus will be private company M&A matters. Other work will include; Share and asset sales, Company restructures, Joint ventures, Shareholder agreements, Share buy-backs, Capital reductions, and Corporate governance.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for career growth
• You will have good client facing experience
• A strong technical knowledge is essential
• You will have excellent technical knowledge
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience.
