Legal Counsel, IP/Media/Marketing.
A ground-breaking technology blue-chip is looking for a high-calibre, innovative IP/Media/Marketing Solicitor to take up the role of Legal Counsel within their strong legal team.
Working on cutting-edge legal commercial matters, you will report into the Head of Legal, and collaborate on projects directly with the business, which may include:
- Working closely with Commercial and Market teams department on key projects
- Handling legal media, agency, TV, and promotional matters
- Providing legal commercial input on brand and IP issues including freedom to operate and trade marks
If you are a fully-qualified Solicitor, ideally with at least 2 years' PQE+ and solid IP, Marketing, Media experience from a highly-regarded City private practice law firm, then this role could represent a great first in-house move. If you have already made that move in-house following private practice, you might find this role to be a strong next step. It is essential that you can operate autonomously, and have excellent commercial nous.
