My client is a is a top-tier, regional firm that has a requirement for a motivated Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team at Plymouth. The chosen Residential Conveyancer will hold upwards of 12 months PQE and be keen to develop their career in a progressive practice. You can expect a market-leading salary and benefits package.

In this busy team you'll be responsible for managing your own caseload, handling complex files primarily for part exchange sales and purchases and secondary for plot sales too. You'll play a vital role assisting with licences and consents subsequent to sales and freehold reversion sales and liaise closely with the Development Team compiling sales documentation.

It is an exciting time to be part of the expanding Residential Property Team and they now have openings for a Residential Conveyancer to join the Lexcel, CQS accredited and award-winning team. Applications are being accepted from Residential Conveyancers i. Solicitors, full or part qualified Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with upwards of 1 Yrs. PQE. You'll be an effective communicator and a proactive self-starter who is looking for the opportunity to join and be part of a dynamic and highly-regarded team.
